How the Warranty Works:
At LAKDI, we ensure our products are free from manufacturing defects. If a defect is found, we offer up to five-year repair warranty from the date of purchase. Within the first year, we provide free repair services. For the subsequent four years, repair services are available at the customer's expense, including component costs if applicable.
If you notice a manufacturing defect, it is important to promptly notify the place where your purchase was made. If purchased directly from LAKDI.com, contact our Customer Support team on +91-801034134 or mail us on care@lakdi.com. To exercise your rights under this warranty, please follow the steps below: -
1. Provide the original tax invoice or order number.
2. Submit pictures or a video showing the relevant part or the entire product.
3. Include the warranty certificate, if available.
Our Commitment
LAKDI warrants to you, the original buyer, that our products shall be free of defects in material and/or workmanship attributable to manufacturing for the period specified below from the date of receipt. Damage resulting from improper handling after merchandise is received or from exposure to weather or extreme atmospheric conditions is not covered by the LAKDI warranty. This warranty is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
The repair or replacement of defective goods constitutes LAKDI's entire obligation. There are no other warranties, expressed or implied, including any warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose. LAKDI shall in no event be liable for incidental or consequential damages.
If any model or sample is shown to the buyer, it is used merely to illustrate the general type and quality of goods, not to represent that the goods supplied will necessarily conform in all respects to the sample or model. All claims for the seller’s failure to comply with this warranty shall be governed by the provisions of this paragraph.
Variation Due to Natural Characteristics of Materials
Wood and leather possess unique inherent characteristics, including color, texture, grains, fibers, wrinkles, blemishes, and natural marks such as insect bites on leather. Please be aware that slight variations in fabric upholstery color or texture are normal and should be deemed acceptable; LAKDI will not be held liable for such variations.
Solid wood may undergo expansion or contraction due to changes in climate (such as temperature and humidity), resulting in superficial hairline cracks. Similarly, natural leather may develop creases or folds when exposed to varying temperatures and humidity levels. While LAKDI employs various curing processes to mitigate these natural occurrences, complete elimination is not always possible due to their inherent nature. Variations in color, texture, grains, and dimensions may occur, for which LAKDI assumes no liability.
Tolerance
Our products are crafted with a dimensional tolerance of +/- 10mm. Variations in seating comfort may arise from factors such as construction, form, foam, fabric, or materials, each with its own natural characteristics. Differences in seating firmness or softness are typical and do not indicate inferior workmanship or defects. LAKDI assumes no liability for such variations.
This Warranty Excludes: -
a. Minor imperfections and slight cosmetic flaws
b. Stains, soiling, burns, and discoloration that occur over time due to use
c. Dampness or mold
d. Individual or personalized preferences relating to firmness, texture, comfort, etc.
e. Individual or personalized allergies and sensitivities
f. Naturally occurring cotton or foam aromas
g. Conditions resulting from abusive handling, misuse, or neglect
The following circumstances, if discovered upon inspection by the technical team of LAKDI, will void your warranty: -
i. Any unsanitary condition
ii. Burns
iii. Use of the product on an improper bed frame
iv. Physical abuse of the product
v. Attempting to clean the product in an inappropriate manner
vi. Improper storage of the product (including storage in damp locations, areas infested with insects or rodents, or any other unprotected storage areas)
vii. Purchase from resellers who are not authorized retailers
This warranty will not apply if the flexible polyurethane of any Wink Mattress becomes soft and/or changes color due to misuse or neglect, as determined by the technical team of LAKDI.

Solid Wood: -
Solid Wood furniture is a product of nature. Characteristics such as knots, grain variation, color variation, and mineral streaking are natural and not considered defects. Warranty period of up to 5 year.
MDF: -
Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
HDHMR: -
Covered for up to 5 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
Pre-laminated Board (Particle Board): -
Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
Ply-Board: -
Covered for up to 5 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
WTPB Termite proof: -
Covered for up to 5 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
Finish: -
• Pre-Laminate: Covered for up to 2 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• Post-Laminate: Covered for up to 5 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• Lacquer Polish: Covered for up to 2 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• DUCO Paint: Covered for up to 2 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• PU Paint/Polish: Covered for up to 2 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
• Veneer Finish: Covered for up to 2 years. (Except if mishandled by the end user).
Metal: -
• GI (Galvanized Iron): Covered for up to 5 years.
• Mild Steel: Covered for up to 5 years.
• Rot Iron: Covered for up to 5 years.
• Aluminum: Covered for up to 5 years.
• Stainless Steel: Covered for up to 5 years, excluding abrasive scratches leading to rust or tarnishing.
Metal Finish: -
• Powder-coating: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Electroplating: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Polishing: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Anodizing: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Brushed: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Satin: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Paint: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Mirror Finish: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Oxidation: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
• PVD: Covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
Stone: -
Marble:
• Indian: Not covered.
• Imported (Italian): Covered for up to 1 year, except if mishandled by the end user.
• Factory Made (Man-made): Composite Marble, Nano-tile covered for up to 2 years, except if mishandled by the end user.
Glass: -
Glass & Natural glass manufacture characteristics such as small air bubbles, surface waviness, and light pitting are normal and not defects. Glass table tops are not intended for seating. Warranty period up to 1 year.
Fabric/Upholstery: -
Warranted against seam slippage, fraying, and dye transfer. Natural characteristics such as wrinkling, marking, and variations in grain or color are not covered. All cushions and pillows will naturally soften with normal use, which is not considered a defect. Warranty period up to 1 year.
Acrylic: -
Not covered under warranty.
Chairs: -
Scratches and physical abuse are not covered. Warranty period up to 3 years.
Mechanism: -
Hydraulic, casters & chair mechanisms are covered. Warranty period up to 1 year.
Coverage is subject to normal use under normal conditions.
The LAKDI.com warranty does not cover fading or stains from spills such as acids, solvents, dyes, ink, paint, or other corrosive chemicals or body fluids. Consumers are advised against improper cleaning, abuse, negligence, application of chemical products, and exposure of coverings to sunlight, bright light, or extreme heat. Items exposed in such a manner are not protected by this warranty.
