We offer returns for new and unused products that are delivered in India.
Return Window
Customers may return eligible products within 7 days from the date of delivery.
Return Shipping Costs
For returns initiated within 7 days for eligible items, the customer will be responsible for arranging and bearing the cost of return shipping, except when the product delivered is defective, damaged, or not as described; in such cases, we will arrange for free pickup and cover return shipping charges.
Return Conditions
- Product must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging
- Original box, packaging materials, labels, and accessories must be provided
- Any transit damage must be reported at the time of delivery
- Products showing signs of use are not eligible for return

Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product reaches our warehouse.

- When are the returns permissible and under what conditions?
All furniture should be opened and checked for any defects or damage. Any such issue should be notified on the delivery challan and AWB/consignment copy. Any claim of transit damage will not be considered if not notified at the time of delivery itself. For returns, the original packaging material and packaging box must also be provided. And return window will open for 7 days from the date of delivery.
- Can I return a product found to be defective upon use after some time?
If the product is within the warranty period, please get in touch with our Customer Care representative with the Order ID & Invoice No. and images of the defective product. We will make every effort to repair or replace the product as per the warranty terms specified on this website.
- How and when will I receive the refund?
We will process your refund within seven (7) business days of receiving the returned product in its original packaging. All refunds will be issued through the same transaction mode (e.g., Credit Card or Net Banking) used in the original purchase.
- STOCKED FURNITURE
We carefully inspect each item before shipment and also require your inspection and signature upon delivery. However, should you discover a defect in your furniture, please contact us immediately. Furniture that is refused because it does not fit through an entryway will be the customer’s responsibility, as we encourage you to study the sizes mentioned on the product page carefully and see if the furniture you order fits into your entryway and rooms. We will offer a replacement or refund for any defective items within seven (7) days of the receipt of the product in our warehouse. This means that once the refund is approved the customer will get the refund within seven (7) days in his or her account. For merchandise picked up at home, refunds will be processed once it has been received at our warehouse. Depending on your pick-up location the processing of this refund can take up to 25-30 days.
- CUSTOM ORDERS
Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded at any time.
- MONOGRAMMED/ PERSONALIZED ITEMS
These items are considered custom order items and are non-cancellable, non-returnable, and non-refundable.
- FINAL CLEARANCE & SALE
Final sale and clearance items are considered final sale and are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- NOTE
There may be errors in the prices, descriptions, and images of certain merchandise. We must reserve the right to restrict orders of those items. In case of a replacement offered, the order or product will be replaced with the originally ordered item and cannot be changed against a variation in the current order, i.e, Upholstery, Wood Finish, any customization, new order, or different product.
Cancellation
For Sofas and Furniture: Most of our furniture is customized as per your specifications. Custom orders begin production immediately upon order and are built to your specifications. They cannot be canceled, changed, returned, or refunded once production begins.
For all Other Products: Once we have delivered the product and left the customer's premises, we will NOT be able to accommodate any cancellation or change requests (other than as covered by warranty). We request that the customer be personally present during delivery to ensure that they check the furniture at the time of delivery.
