7-Day Return Policy - No returns or exchanges are allowed for change of mind, personal preference, or any other reason. Returns are accepted only if the product is proven to be defective, damaged, or incorrect. Transit damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
Return Shipping - Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case LAKDI arranges free pickup.
Refunds - Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and approved at our warehouse. Refunds are made through the original payment method.
Custom & Sale Items - Customized, personalized, clearance, and final sale products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production begins or the order is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy - Custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Other products cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered.
Warranty Coverage - LAKDI offers up to 5 years warranty (depending on product/material). Manufacturing defects are covered, with free repair during the first year and paid repairs (if applicable) thereafter.
Warranty Exclusions - Normal wear & tear, misuse, scratches, stains, accidental damage, moisture, improper handling, natural wood/leather variations, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
