Material 2nd (PLY/Solid with Veneer and Polish): The rounded top edges and drawer box framing use strong plywood and solid wood. They have a natural veneer layer with multiple coats of PU polish. This adds long-term strength and gives the desk a rich, smooth wood-grain finish that holds up well under daily use.

7-Day Return Policy - Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Transit damage must be reported at the time of delivery.
Return Shipping - Customers bear return shipping costs unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect, in which case LAKDI arranges free pickup.
Refunds - Refunds are processed within 7 business days after the returned product is received and approved at our warehouse. Refunds are made through the original payment method.
Custom & Sale Items - Customized, personalized, clearance, and final sale products cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded once production begins or the order is confirmed.
Cancellation Policy - Custom furniture orders cannot be cancelled after production starts. Other products cannot be cancelled once they have been delivered.
Warranty Coverage - LAKDI offers up to 10 years warranty (depending on product/material). Manufacturing defects are covered, with free repair during the first year and paid repairs (if applicable) thereafter.
Warranty Exclusions - Normal wear & tear, misuse, scratches, stains, accidental damage, moisture, improper handling, natural wood/leather variations, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
