- 7-Day Return Policy - Unused products in original packaging can be returned within 7 days of delivery. Transit damage must be reported at the time of delivery.

- Warranty Exclusions - Normal wear & tear, misuse, scratches, stains, accidental damage, moisture, improper handling, natural wood/leather variations, and unauthorized repairs are not covered.
